The 1907 Restaurant & Chef Nedra Harris

Our good friend Wayne Sloop and The 1907 Restaurant & Bar would like to welcome Chef Nedra Harris as their new "Chef in Residence". Chef Harris will begin her journey starting on November the 12th, just in time for the holiday season. Chef Harris is a Michigan native, a graduate of Cordon Bleu and a traveling chief. Chef Harris appeared on season 11 of the Fox hit TV show Hell's Kitchen, you can find more information on this here.

Chef Harris stated that "she sees the potential of the restaurant and she feels that she needs to go there and help The 1907 exceed their potential."
